• Each piece is made entirely by hand, which takes a great deal of time. Our current production timeline ranges from 3 to 7 days.
• Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.
• It usually takes about 15 to 25 business days if you’re in the Middle East, Israel, India, Norway, Switzerland, European remote islands,  Colombia, and remote U.S. areas like Hawaii.

As long as the product does not affect its resale, we support returns without giving reasons within 30 days. Please note that you will have to bear the shipping costs yourself.

• Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from cooling/heating sources. Do not place the item in direct contact with high-temperature objects.
• Maintain an appropriate indoor humidity level(around 40–60%). Wood is prone to moisture absorption, swelling, deformation, or even mold in humid spring weather — indoor dehumidification is recommended.
• Wipe off water stains and oil stains promptly. Clean the surface regularly with a slightly damp cotton cloth.
• For products finished with wood wax oil, reapply the wax oil periodically to enhance protection.
